- 1/4lb of Sliced Flank Steak.
- 1/4 Diced Onions.
- 1/4 Diced Green Pepper.
- 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce.
- 2 Teaspoon of Cooking Sherry.
- 2 Teaspoon of Sugar.
- 2 Cups of Veg. Oil.
- One Clove of Crush Garlic.
- 1/4 Cup of Starch Thickener.
Heat up oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Stirred-fried the beef first. Cook it to your specification then mix in the onions and green peppers. After you've drained the oil then stirred-fried the garlic with the mix of soy sauce and sugar. Place the beef and peppers into the sauce and thicken with the cornstarch mixture. Within 2 minutes your entree is ready for consumption.
